The vessel will be a top modern pelagic purser / trawler containing all the newest equipment and machinery. The vessel is a result of an extensive and close cooperation between owners and yard. To the best knowledge of both owners and yard new Ruth will be the first vessel of its kind equipped for fishing 2 trawls / twin-rig. Accordingly the vessel will be equipped with 3 trawl winches, 4 net drums and 2 fish pump positions at the stern. Both owners and yard are looking forward to get started with the building process. The concept of Ruth is considered to be both economically and technically very attractive.

There new vessel will include a large number of danish supplies, many of which are actually very local in the Jutland area. The main engine will be a (german-built, but danish handled) MAN 8L32/44 CR delivering 4800 kW.
